Kaylin has been asking for pizza for dinner the last few nights. I've told her no, because I've had certain things defrosted in mind for dinner. You know me and my menu plans.

Well today, I forgot to take something out (that reminds me, need to take out tomorrow's dinner!) and of course, she once again asked for pizza. A few weeks ago, I found a
wonderful pizza dough recipe on Amy's
blog. I checked the pantry and when I saw we had all the ingredients I decided to make it for dinner. It turned out really yummy, so I knew it was a keeper. Since we still have all the ingredients on hand, and I'm a dope that forgot to take out dinner, I decided I'd be the nice mommy tonight and make pizza for dinner. Once again, this recipe did not fail us. Kaylin got her pizza fix, I replaced 1/2 cup with whole wheat flour and the kids and Jeremy were none the wiser, and we had a yummy, semi-healthy (as far as pizza is concerned) dinner! And for a lot cheaper than if we had ordered out. This pizza actually was on our menu plan this week, but not until Friday, so I'll just move tonight's planned dinner to Friday night and everyone is happy.
